Project Scaffolder
PROCESS / SEVEN STEPS

Seven steps from the first call to a live product.

Every project we run follows the same path: discovery, plan, weekly sprints, testing, launch and ongoing development. At every step you know what is being built and what you get at the end.

  1. Build01

    Discovery call

In a consultation, online or in person, we learn your goals, your users and the systems you already run. Afterwards you get a written summary of what we understood and the next step we suggest.

    • Written summary
    • Goals and users
    • Suggested next step
  2. Build02

    Scope and estimate

We break the requirements down into features and milestones, then send a written quote with a timeline. You decide whether we work as a fixed-scope project, on a retainer or as a team extension.

    • Written quote
    • Timeline with milestones
    • Engagement model
  3. Build03

    Architecture and plan

We choose the stack, design the data model and the integrations, and set up the staging environment. Before the first sprint you review the plan and sign off the first milestone.

    • Architecture plan
    • Data model and integrations
    • Staging environment
  4. Build04

    Build in weekly sprints

We work in weekly sprints and show you a working state on staging every week. You see the first working demo within two weeks, and we adjust priorities together based on your feedback.

    • Weekly demo
    • Working first version
    • Shared priority list
  5. Ship05

    Review, QA and hardening

Every change goes through code review and automated tests. Before launch we run accessibility, performance and security checks and fix what we find.

    • Automated tests
    • Accessibility and performance
    • Release candidate
  6. Ship06

    Launch and handover

We launch together, switch on tracking and monitoring, and if a campaign is part of the plan, landing pages and creatives go live the same day. You receive the source code, the access credentials and the documentation.

    • Production release
    • Documentation and access
    • Source code handover
  7. Scale07

    Scale and maintain

After launch we monitor the system, keep dependencies up to date and add new features. On a retainer, SEO and campaign optimisation keep running too, with priorities agreed every month.

    • Monitoring and maintenance
    • Further development
    • Monthly priority review

Start with a discovery call.

Tell us briefly what you want to build and we will suggest the first steps.
