Before recommending anything, we read the code, talk to the people who use the system and map its dependencies.
Migrate in slices
One module at a time moves to the new platform behind a stable interface, so every step can be tested and reversed.
Retire the old system
Once data and functions are verified in the new system, the old one is switched off at a time agreed in advance.
Good fit when
A business-critical system runs on outdated technology nobody wants to touch.

FAQ
Do we have to rebuild everything from scratch?
Rarely. Often the best path is to keep what works, refactor the risky parts and replace only what holds the business back. The assessment shows which option fits you.
Will there be downtime during the migration?
We plan migrations so that the old and the new system run in parallel. The switchover is scheduled for a quiet period and comes with a tested rollback plan.
What if there is no documentation at all?
That is common. We reconstruct how the system works from the code, the database and the experience of its users, and document it as part of the assessment.
