No. The plan is written so that your own team or any development partner can work from it. If you want, we can take on the delivery as well.

How detailed will the plan be?
As detailed as the next decision requires. The target architecture describes the main building blocks and how they connect, the roadmap sets out milestones and dependencies, and the detailed specification belongs to delivery.
