IT review & scoring

We review how your IT works at both organisation and system level and present the results on a single scorecard, so improvement decisions rest on facts rather than impressions.

What you get

  1. Organisation level review: responsibilities, processes, policies and skills
  2. System level review: applications, infrastructure, security, backups and access
  3. One scorecard showing maturity and risk for each area
  4. A prioritised action plan, from quick fixes to longer-term improvements
  5. A management summary that reads clearly without a technical background

Deliverables

  • Scorecard with ratings per area
  • Detailed review report
  • Prioritised action plan
  • Management summary

How it works

  1. Scope & criteria

We agree on the areas to review and the scoring criteria with you, so the results measure what matters to you.

  2. Review

We run interviews, go through documentation and configurations, and check systems directly where needed.

  3. Scoring & walkthrough

We summarise the results in a scorecard and an action plan and walk through them with management in a meeting.

FAQ

Is this a formal audit or certification?

No. It is a practical review that shows where you stand and what is worth improving. If you aim for certification later, the results are a good starting point for preparing.

How much will the review disrupt daily work?

Very little. Interviews are short and scheduled in advance, and read-only access is enough to check the systems. We change nothing in production during the review.

Can the scoring be repeated later?

Yes, and it is worth doing. Repeated with the same criteria, the scorecard shows how far each area has moved.
